What is Soul Thirst?
Soul Thirst is our weekly large group meeting. It is a place for anyone to come experience and respond to God. This is our main gathering where we join together as a community to connect with each other and to celebrate Jesus. It’s almost like one, big, crazy family reunion! Whether you’re a Christian or are just exploring, this is a great place to get introduced to our community and see what we are all about.
What Can I Expect?
We usually begin the night with music that focuses on praising and celebrating God and thanking Him for what he has done for all of us.
After worship you will get a chance to hear a speaker give a message that is taken from principles found in the Bible and is relevant to your life as a college student.
After the message there is always an opportunity to respond to anything God may be speaking to you by standing up and receiving prayer. Please don’t feel pressured to stand or pray if you don’t feel comfortable.
Finally, the night often ends with an extended time of hanging out, playing games, and getting to know others in the CSULBIV community!
